The supplement market is saturated with numerous supplements purported to enhance endurance, strength and power, increase adaptation to training, and enhance the immune system. However, the reality is that 90-95% lack robust scientific evidence and most athletes probably waste several thousand pounds throughout their career on supplements that don't work. Sports supplements seems not so healthy to use large quantity of them. But snake oil seems pretty natural product, like evening primerose oil or cod-liver oil.
